​Bake My Day Baking is a home-based baking business. It really got its roots in Pennsylvania, when owner Lynn Mounce started taking cake decorating classes with a friend in 2010 at her local Michael's craft store. Slowly, she built up her skills and love of all things baking and cake decorating, and started creating her edible artwork for family and friends. She has now made hundreds of her own creations, and still enjoys every minute of it.

She and her husband moved to the Dallas area in 2013, where she continues to grow her skills and is starting to grow her business.
